We may temporarily suspend or permanently remove access if guidelines are violated.

You retain full ownership of your tasks, notes, journals, and uploaded content.

By using Prodex, you grant us permission to store, sync, and process your data to provide the service.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure
• Not sharing accounts with others
• Reporting suspicious activity

6. Third-Party Services

Prodex relies on:

• Firebase
• Google Cloud
• Vercel
• Other integrated services

Your use of Prodex means you also accept these providers' terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prodex is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Downtime
• Service interruptions
• Bugs or technical issues
• Loss of productivity or damages

We always aim for reliability, but no digital service is 100% guaranteed.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate terms or pose security risks.
